Taka sighed. "I'd rather not be allying with enemies either, Sakrikao, but I guess we'll both just have to accept it." She grunted. "Welcome back Rangis-sama." She made a small nodd and fiddled with the mace she always kept attached to her hip. Taka grinned slightly at the memories it brought back to her, the memories of pain and suffering. She laughed. "I'm not sure it's in your best choice to say such things, Señor Captain, ecspecially not to Sakrikao."

Rangis smirked. "Yes, my First Espada is not one to take insults kindly. I'd watch your tongue, as you are my guest here. If I had no use for you, you'd already be dead." He sighed, and looked at the Captain. He was young for a Captain, and he hoped he was still intelligent enough to know of what he sought. "Now, are you prepared to speak with my about the Hougyoku?"

Roren laughed. "I do not fear you, Arrancar. Be prepared to kill me, for you won't hear what you seek from my mouth." He closed his eyes. "I don't care if you're the King, an Espada, or a Traitor, I won't betray the trust they placed in me, by making me a..." he paused, stopping himself for a second, "Captain..."

Merk frowned, and tilted his head. "Odd..." he muttered to himself. Why had the Shinigami forgotten his own rank? Merk could understand the pain making him forget an obscure detail, or insult, but his rank? It should be seared into his memory by now. He looked at Rangis, who had also appeared to notice this, and was smirking. Rangis, who had looked out for him. And Rangis, who would be the one to rule all...

Sakrikao moved his way over and inspected the Shinigami held prisoner, circling him like a bird against wounded prey. "Did the pathetic whelp even use a Bankai against you?" He looked over thinking of what the...asset...had said earlier. He refused to believe a Shinigami would be allied with them and would only consider him as an asset. The Shinigami didn't look like much to be honest, although he could be wrong. There had been the rare few that had great power hidden beneath them somewhere.

Taka blinked, confused at the man's words. "If you're all thinking the same thing I'm thinking then I think somethings going on here," She looked downat Roren. "I understand pain and suffering very well but I would never forget my position in any case. But then again we are talking about a shinigami, but a very smart shinigami." She looked around at everyone, a puzzled expression on her face. "As the smartest person in all of the Soul Society you'd think he'd at least remember his position, but you don't have to listen to me, that's just my verdict." She shurgged it off.

Rangis smiled. "Yes...interesting..." He said, towering over the man. "Tell me something, Merk. Did the man have Bankai? What made you think he was the Captain?" He stared. The man had put his rank into question. Rangis had to be sure this torture was worth it.

Merk stared at them all. "Yes! He had Bankai, he used it against me. He said he was the Captain, he didn't reveal his project to the woman, overall he seemed more like a Captain than she did." He looked at them. "He has to be a Captain, he just HAS to be!" His eyes widened. The man must be a Captain, there was no other explanation. He couldn't have messed up that bad...

Roren stayed silent, looking at the floor. He had blown his cover, he just hoped they would make assumptions based on Bankai. "I am the Captain, how dare you believe different? Do you honestly think she has Bankai? She'd already be a Captain if that were the case..." He looked at them, smirking, but this face was a disguise for his true feelings...

"I've done my fair amount of research worm." Sakrikaou spat as he brushed a large strand of his silver hair out of the way. History had a way of repeating itself sometimes, and lies were no different. "I've studied a few Shinigami in the past who had achieved bankai, however decided to stay as a Lieutenant to their Captain." A rare case indeed, however none the less it was true. Sakrikao once again took to circling the captive Shinigami. Interrogation was not his specialty, however he could certainly get information if needed.
Producing his Zanpakuto once again he twirled the blade around in his hand for a moment. The whistle of the blade as it pierced the area could be heard in the dead silence before it came to a stop. In one swift motion Sakrikao had the blade back ino it's sheath. A move ou of boredom most likely as Rangis Sama seemed to have his assistant with such tortue devices. "Do you know what my Zanpakuto can do to you?" A wicked grin crossed his face. Perhaps if the Rangis Sama let him and if the whelp didn't give up anything useful...he could...have his way.

Roren scoffed. "Oh, I'm not sure. Perhaps it grows flowers, or maybe it'll put on a magic show for me. Oh, was that a rhetorical question? My apologies, next time you should make yourself more clear." He couldn't show fear. He had to look like a Captain...

Rangis chuckled. "This Shinigami is making a fool out of you. Perhaps next time you should state your intentions more clearly. That way," He chuckled again, "you'll look even more imposing than you already are." His primero Espada was not one to take insults lightly, but Rangis was the King, after all...

Merk giggled, but then stopped himself. He knew Rangis would protect him, but he didn't want to bring any wrath to him. After all, he wasn't as good as the Espada yet. Perhaps in another decade he'd be able to say things at will, but until then, he'd have to keep on being a shadow when it came to conversation. He nodded, smiling politely...

"None of the things you say are very smart Señor Captain. All of us here know the need to be strong but you'd be better off if you just kept your mouth shut and stopped insulting us, remember that you are at our mercy." She looked at Sakrikao. "are you going to defend your honour or are you going to take such insults from lowly shinigami? If Rangis-sama hadn't ordered his life to be spared I would have slit the bastards throat ages ago." She hissed in a low tone.

An eye slightly winced at the Shinigami's smart alic remarks. "You pompous whelp." His eyes slightly grew in size at the insults. Sakrikao withdrew his blade and thrust the hilt into the Shinigami's stomach, hoping it would shut him up, but he seemed a bit to arrogant himself to give up so easily. "Now now, I don't want to eat you already." He hissed as he withdrew his blade once again from the Shinigami before placing a hand atop his head. "I don't know if anyone has ever explained something called Cero to you. Care for me to explain it?" A grin spread across his lips once again, although he did no begin to charge his cero blast for fear Rangis Sama might disapprove of such methods.
