"See, Kyoko? The Soutaichou drinks Sake, too!" He laughed. "Let me tell you, our Captain Commander here is quite the party animal. I can imagine him talking to all the young women from various divisions. I'll bet that title gives you some sway, huh?" He laughed harder, imagining the situation. "Ah, well. I suppose we should each be getting back to our respective divisions, then? Well, you lot should. I think I'll wander Rukongai some more, whilst I read this. Anyone want to join me?"

Zuki got an annoyed looked on her face. "Must I stress how annoying and stupid you are Raul...I think we all know." She raised her fist. "Shinigami are not supposed to be Playboy kind of people! You are a sad excuse for a person, you know that, at least Renamori has some sense but you? I think not!" Zuki crossed her arms. "Your the kind of person that makes people want the smash your head on a concrete wall!" She cracked her knuckles. "I'll be happy to if you want!"

Heaving a sigh, Raul just didn't seem to understand it. "You realize we're looked up to as examples right? Sure a drink is fine every now and then but excessive perhaps? Perhaps you should've joined the 11th Division." It was bold, however Kyoko didn't restrain himself when it came to his own thoughts...most of the time.
He had never seen Kyohaku so infuriated before since he had met her. At least she seemed to share his same views of Raul. He still couldn't understand someone with such high standing in Soul Society would degrade himself so much. Perhaps he didn't see it that way but it sure didn't earn respect from his colleagues. Hesitant to intterupt Kyohaku's outburst he crep slowly over to her, resting a hand on her shoulder. "Zuki...Chan..." He felt a bit nervous trying to calm her down and wondered if she would even listen to him.

Raul shook his head, looking annoyed. "Look, if you want an example, find the Soutaichou. I don't care if I'm a noble. In fact, it's hypocritical of you, Kyoko, to both say that I am a noble, and thus should set an example, while it also seems you believe me to be abusing my privileges."
He spat on the ground, as something flew into his mouth. "If it were up to me, I would still be in the Shihouin clan, because being in a clan is more than getting privileges. It means you have brotherhood among you. And I'm not going to let you tell me that I don't know how to set the example. If the lot of you mimicked me, there'd be a lot less trouble, because there would be no fighting on the streets, and we would understand that paperwork and the like is NOT the purpose of a Captain. We're here for specific reasons. When someone's life is on the line, that is when we decide to spring."
He shook his head again. "You're young, don't run yourself to ruins by trying to play god, and do everything. Meanwhile, I'll keep to myself, and train, so that when the battle comes, I am both ready AND rested..." He looked over to Zuki, and back to Kyoko. "Preaching won't do anything for me. Accept me for what I am, a damn good Captain, who has served Soul Society as an aforementioned Captain since before you were born, Kyoko."

"Well don't strangle eachother now! I've got enough trouble on my hands, I don't need to keep you two out of a brawl as well! You're both being very irrisponsible. It's my job to insult people and call them stupid because to me they are but there's no reason for your two to get your panties in a knot!" She stepped between the two men.
"How about you both do the Soul Society a big favour and NOT fight with eachother, eh? That sounds nice doesn't it? We're all captains here but if you two start fighting with eachother than that makes both of you just as bad as the arrancar."
She sighed deeply. "You're both great captains and you both have your flaws. Renamori, you're youthful, strong and sweet but I'm afraid you assume to quickly. Raul you're fast, strong and a good leader but your jokes and games need to take rests and behold there are two great captains. Admitidly I have my flaws to. For example," She thought for a moment. "I, um, I-I-I" She laughed. "See, I often think to much of myself." She looked at Raul. "I hope you realize this doesn't mean I like you any better than I did 5 minutes ago."

Kyoko backed away slightly at Raul's statement. It seemed a bit bold of him to even go as far as to call them hypocritical, however it had a bit of a truth to it. He could understand his pride as a noble, however he still had his own responsibilities as a Captain. Simply put, he seemed to wish the entire Goeti 13 was just like a noble clan, however this just wasn't the case. He realized the man was a Captain, and accepted it, however sometimes it just bothered him how people could be so...careless he guessed.
He noticed that Kyohaku tried to difuse the situation at hand and while she pointed out valid points, it just made Kyoko realize a bit more of what he had to learn still. "I apologize." He gave a respectful bow to Raul, and then to his Soutaichou as well as Kyohaku. He was always quick on the formalities, something he just couldn't shake from his personality. He couldn't help but laugh a bi at Kyohaku's inability to find faults in herself. Of course it was true for anyone. Nobody ever wanted to acknowledge their own faults. "In other words, we all have our faults, but have to make our best with it." Kyohaku was smart...very smart as an individual and probably understood more aspects about everyone that they themselves didn't even know yet.

"You're right, Zuki." He walked over to Kyoko, patting him on the shoulder, rather than bowing. "I apologize, Kyoko." He smiled. "And now that we're all friends again, let's go get some Sak-eh, I mean, erm..." He thought for a moment. "Perhaps one of you would like to spar. Kyoko? I've been meaning to test myself lately..."

Zuki sighed. "How many times must I say it? I always am right...it comes with the job." She shrugged. "I would spar you but then my lieutenant might scold me." She laughed. "I wouldn't put it past him?" She rolled her eyes and put a hand on each of their shoulders. "But you two should spar eachother. I'd like to see that match. Definitely."

Kyoko shifted slighty nervous about the sudden idea of sparring. He was skilled with his Zanpakuto, however sometimes he just didn't feel too confident in his abilities, let alone fighting a 'friend' you could say. Rocking back and forth, he looked over to Raul and then Kyohaku who had placed her hand on both of their shoulders. "Well...I don't know..." He began to mutter thinking of how he could get out of it. Truth was, he probably wasn't going to get out of it which was something he was trying to accept. "Not to sure I can keep up with Mr. Noble over here." he laughed a little to try to make himself feel that much better.

Raul patted the hand on his shoulder. "Hey, no one in Soul Society can keep up with me. That doesn't mean no one can beat me." He laughed. "In fact, half of the time, the slower opponent wins, because they conserve their momentum. But, I won't force you to fight..." He shook his head. "Then again, this presents a great opportunity. Does this order give us the ability to activate Shikai anywhere? I've been looking forward to seeing yours." He grinned, awaiting a reply.

"I would like to know a little more about your zanpakutoh as well Renamori. Yours is one of the only ones in the Soul Society I don't know much about, I think it would be a good idea." Normally Zuki wasn't one for sparring just because she thought it was childish but she'd been known to enforce things she didn't like to finf out a little more information for her labs. If she could find a little more about each of their zanpakutohs today then it would probably be a good one.
"So, what do you say Renamori? Feel free to say no."

"Well..." Kyoko began mulling the idea over in his mind. It wasn't exactly like they were settling an argument so that was good. Plus it would give Kyohaku more information for her research and database. There didn't seem any down side other than getting a bit beat up. With a simply shrug, Kyoko continued where he had left off. "Alright, but no bankai, I don't want to write up a report about how our little session turned into the repairs for a large portion of the Seireitei." His eyes shifted remembering how those Shinigami from the 11th Division didn't have a care in the world about property damage and who had to make ends meet with the actual papers.

Raul smiled. "I never said a word about Bankai." He cracked his neck. "After all, I don't want you dead." He unsheathed his zanpakuto, and stood a good 10 feet from Kyoko. "Alrighty, then. I'll let you have the first move. Go ahead." He nodded to him, getting ready for the attack...

Zuki watched them, trying to anticipate how Renamori would react to such frankness on Raul’s part. She couldn’t stop thinking about nobles and important people, people that mattered to the Soul Society. She smiled at them slightly, though even the stupidest person would be able to tell it was fake. She pulled a piece of paper out of her pocket and looked at it briefly then folded it up again. She would have to run an errand. Even though she wouldn’t normally want to, this was of importance, to her. She looked back up at them. “Go on Renamori. We all want to see how you fight here.”

Kyoko nodded slightly as he swiftly producd his Zanpakuto from its sheath, the blade glistening for a moment as it was produced. "Heavens Converge." With that his blade began to emit its signature black and blue reiatsu with the blade easily doubling in length. Twirling it around a few times as the long blade whipped through the air, Kyoko felt a bit more comfortable. In the blink of an eye, Kyoko tossed his blade into the air as he extended one hand out towards Raul. "Hado 26, Red Lightning." A stream of red electrial energy burst from his finger tip as it headed straight towards Raul. While this probably would not hit him, it was merely to gauge how fast he could react, besides it was how he fought.
