"I supposed I could go either way on fate. I believe my fate was set but that doesn't mean I can't change it. It's a bit of an oxymoron I suppose but I think that's just the way it is. If something is meant to happen it's going to happen but you can change it if you want." Rebel shifted the bag on her shoulder. She knew she probably sounded like a complete loon, which, she guessed, wasn't false.
Rebel smiled at him. "Wow, a quincy. I've heard a lot about people like you. Is it weird, being different I mean. I wasn't really different at home, there i was just me. I mean, no one knows about what you are but is it still weird? You could have a best friend all your life but is it, I don't know, awkward knowing that they're normal people and your different?"

Ryuuzaki raised an eyebrow as she spoke of being able to change fate even if it was set in stone. This woman was... Confusing. A paradox, of sorts. He didn't understand what she actually meant by it, since she contradicted herself a lot. Maybe she meant that the only one who could change fate was yourself? He didn't bother to ask, he might get an even more complicated answer in response. Thus, he decided to remain quiet about it.
"Different? You seem to not understand. I may be a Quincy, but I am a human. The only real difference between me and the next guy is that I have spiritual powers and he doesn't. There's no large difference. And even if you did consider it one, I am not the kind to be unnerved by the fact that I am different to others" he answered her.

She raised her eye brows. "Though the difference is only small it is still there, therefor, different. It doesn't matter if you're human or not, you are a different breed of human. You are a Quincy, I'm just...different. That's the way things are." She sighed, almost happily. "Different is a good thing, usually. It hasn't been for me in the past but difference is what makes us, well, unique. I believe that the more someone differs from other people the better their life will turn out." She smiled happily.
"Just like me! I've never been like anyone and look how I turned out! Don't comment on that...but I'm in Japan! It's more that I could have ever hoped for!" Rebel began to laugh a bit. She felt comfortable around him, mostly because he was the first person her age here to show kindness, and kindness was good. And he was a Quincy, so they both had abilities that not many others had.

"If you choose to look at it that way, then I guess I might as well accept it. I supposeI am different, even if it simply means I have spiritual powers. How sad that the rest of the world is living in ignorance..." he muttered.
He merely stared at her as she kept speaking. Now she seemed to be making her journey sound more fantastic than it seemed for the world of Earth in the year 3000. Then again, she probably went through a lot of things to get here for all he knew. After all, he did know that she was keeping something secret.
"I suppose..." he muttered. Looking for a second towards the Hollow, he wondered how late those god-awful Shinigami were going to be. Couldn't they at least try to be perfect, like he was? They needed to work harder. If he ever spoke to their leader, he'd bring that up.

Rebel nodded. "You just have to look at everything with an open mind, if you don't then what's the point? Let you're imagination guide you, not you're sanity. No one should be too normal," She said this as if it were just so true, in a very matter-of-factly voice. For that's what she truly believed, if people were too noraml then what was the fun in life?
"Same thing goes for being perfect, normal, perfect. Who cares? Such strict things are not for the open minded individual. If you really want to live life to the fullest then you have to follow your impulses. Who cares if people screw up once in a while, it'sall in good fun," She smiled. "And that is why I'm so foot-loose and fancy-free!"

"And that is where you are mistaken. While I agree with everything else you said, I am afraid you are wrong about making mistakes. I don't make mistakes. As the genius heir of the Quincy, anything less than perfection is unacceptable. I would not expect someone imperfect to understand" Ryuuzaki told her, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose.
For a moment, all seemed quiet. However, soon enough he continued. "I am quite happy with my perfect life, unlike those imperfect people who think hardship is a part of it simply because they can't go beyond it. In this world, and the others, those who are perfect rise to the top. That is what really matters".

Rebel could almost laugh, but she decided not to. "But that's the glory of things! Imperfection! It's completely wonderful! So you're supposed to be perfect, so was I but I'm not and you don't have to be. I was raised in a strict, Scottish, live by the good book kind of family and I decided I didn't want to be a good, Scottish, live by the good book housewife a long time ago."
She clasped her hands infront of her and rocked back and forth on her feet. She felt bad for him and his need to be perfect. She also didn't think his views of perfection were quite in the possible realm. "But, you don't have to agree with me but maybe if you started treating people like they weren't inferior to you you could raise that perfection bar a bit higher. To be perfect you also have to be a team player." She smiled as him. "Think about it."

"Imperfection? Imperfection is not a good thing. Why else would so many strive for perfection, with that select few, such as myself, attaining it? Perfection is what everyone strives for and those who claim otherwise have merely fallen into the river of fate, unable to achieve it for themselves" he answered.
"And furthermore, on the subject of being a 'team player', I-" he was cut off however as he felt a reiatsu suddenly appear, making his eyes widen slightly. And not only that, but he saw it too. His expression hardening, becoming it's serious look again, he grabbed Rebel and, with Hirenkyaku, avoided a Bala that had aimed for their location.
Now on a rooftop, he placed Rebel back down and looked at the Garganta in mid-air, which had a young woman looking not much older than them who wore a very revealing costume and had long, dark hair. She had a pair of white glasses on her face and currently, she was looking in their direction.
"My, aren't you the fast Quincy? That's an impressive... 'Hirenkyaku', right?"
"Who are you?"
"Aurora Zapatero... Numero eleven, Fraccion de Gabriel, Aurora Zapatero..."

Rebel began to get very annoyed. He wasn't even listening to what was saying in depth but just rolling it off his shoulders. "You have too much pride Quincy, and isn't pride a sin? You are sinful and therefore, imperfect." She rolled her eyes, not wanting to reside to "sinning" and all of that matter but she saw no other way, though she in turn doubt this would reach him.
She felt the reiatsu and before her mind could comprehend what to do, or more, what to use she was whisked out of the way and landed safely on a rooftop. "I would thank you but I would want your royal ears to be subject to such imperfect words." She would normally smile at the time but with the arrancar standing just over the way she decided she best not.
Rebel practically gawked at the girl, wearing what at home she might call "The clothes of a sraoilleog", though her parents had strictly forbidden her brothers to teach her such a derogatory word she picked it up. Though she doubted such a thing would insult and arrancar for it was only speaking of her clothes. But isn't the wearer what the wearing is? "Arrancar..." She muttered to herself. She had head of such things and how their numbers ran, which could only mean this girl was quite powerful, but she dared not assume so quickly.

Ryuuzaki rolled his eyes at her comments. She was just trying to convince him that he wasn't perfect with these petty remarks. He would not be deterred. People thought of him as a genius. Of course he was able to call himself perfect. Why else would he be called such?
Looking towards the Arrancar, his stare stayed on her, never faltering. He wanted to look her in the eyes right now, to get a good look at his enemy. She smirked, as if to ask 'See something you like?'. He did not get unnerved by it though. Rather, he held out his hand and summoned his bow before notching an arrow.
"Last words?" he asked.
"Yeah, Sonído" she replied. In an instant, he leapt to the side, rolling before getting back to his feet, having just narrowly dodged a thrust of Aurora's Zanpakutoh. However, now Aurora had set her sights on Rebel and spun around, swinging her sword at Rebel just as Ryuuzaki let his arrow fly. Seeing it come however, Aurora was quick to jump away, letting the arrow pass by without harming her. Now with distance between all three, Aurora smirked.
"Yeah, I was right to come here. I'll get good training this way. And I'm sure your souls will taste good" she muttered as she stared at the two, readying herself for their next attacks.

Rebel moved at the same time she saw Aurora move at her, then Ryuuzaki let his arrow fly and there was no need. They were both fast but that didn't make her useless, she always have tricks up her sleeve. "I don't need you worrying about me, Ryuuzaki, my reflexes are top notch, it'd just make you slower to watch out for me. Keep your eyes on your own battle, I can protect myself." Her eyes twinkled. She could easily protect herself against the blow of a zanpakutoh, it would be too easy. She had a spell for everything and it would take less than a moment to use one, that's where the reflexes came in. Not to mention her aim was impeccable if she were to shoot something, though she would have to thank her brothers for that if she were ever to see them again.
She looked up at the arrancar, she looked, difficult which means Rebel might need Cumhacht chun deacrachtaí a chur ar ceal*, something only her brother could do, but it was helpful in circumstances. Next time she saw him she'd have to chide Angus for not teaching her such a useful skill. In the sense that that girl had just attacked her they were officially enemies, though she had realized that the moment she felt the reiatsu. "Fuirich air falbh on teine, seanmháthair*." She muttered to herself, even if they could hear her they would understand, and if she could she'd realize soon that it was more of a warning than a threat.
Rebel carefully and slowly reached into her pocket and slipped a bracelet onto her hand, somehow she always felt that she could concentrate better when she had it near, and didn't want to risk it, seeing as it was one of her most favored trinkets from home. "Just jewelry!" Rebel held up her hand to show the girl, everything was risky but how dangerous could a bracelet be? In Rebel's case, very, but she wouldn't want her to think that she was pulling out some sort of weapon. Though in retrospect, she was.
1. Power to remove difficulties 2. Stay away from the fire, grandma.

Aurora frowned as the two stood there, preparing themselves. Then, of course, the girl started saying something she didn't understand. Not that she needed to though, the message still got across despite her lack of knowledge on the language. And looking over at Ryuuzaki, he saw that he had notched a few more arrows, as if to back up that threat. Still, it didn't matter. She could deal with the two. Looking over to see Rebel again, she sweatdropped as she took out a bracelet.
'A bracelet? Is that all? She must be-' Aurora's thought's were interrupted however as three arrows were about to pierce her beautiful body. Seeing the danger, she used Sonído to dodge again but, as she moved, a figure had gotten behind her. Turning her head, her eyes widened and quickly, she spun around to block an arrow that had almost pierced her. Skidding through the air, she came to a halt as she saw the Quincy boy ahead, his bow raised.
"Impressive. Sonído, you called it, right? Too bad. Your 'Sonído' isn't a match for my 'Hirenkyaku'. The fact I could get in your blindspot was proof enough" Ryuuzaki told her. But this was part of a plan. A plan that hopefully Rebel picked up on. He was trying to divide the Arrancar's attention between the two humans so as to better catch her off guard. Such was an advantage when fighting two-on-one.

Rebel vaguely got what he was trying to say. Though communication wasn’t her best subject, she was pretty good at distracting. That she could do. She saw that the girl was busy with Ryuuzaki, perfect. She pointed the hand with the bracelet at her, as if accusing her of something. “Infusco Exuro.” She whispered as five orbs of black fire when hurling towards the girl at top speeds. Don’t make the mistake of touching the fire, Ryuuzaki, please. She prayed to herself. She had burned herself a couple times and it hurt. Nothing like a normal burn, Rebel’s fire hurt like hell. It made whole trees just burst up in flame if she wanted it too. It scared her, even though she had tamed it, it was wild.
She didn’t expect those attacks to hit but it might give him an opening. Besides, the attack took almost no energy, it was her easiest spell and probably her weakest, but going higher now was not happening. She had felt a weird sensation earlier that week, the sensation she usually got when she got a new charm. She was itching to try it out. The sensation was subtle, which meant it was one of her last spells she needed to unlock and they just kept getting stronger. But not too strong. She may have two or three after this but that’d be it, maybe four but she couldn’t wait to see was this one did, though no doubt she’d probably pass out. She wondered if it’d be like her fire. Her wonderful fire which she had bonded to so quickly.

Frowning, Aurora was quick to turn around and swing at Ryuuzaki, only for him to leap back, out of her blade's range. She was annoyed now. This kid thought he was oh so good. She wanted to rip him into pieces just to show him who was boss. However, as she glared at him and prepared to attack again, he had fired another arrow back, causing her to duck to avoid it.
"Lousy little-" she was caught off guard as several fireballs had managed to hit her, engulfing her in flames that hurt like they were the fires of hell. Not that she personally knew how that felt. But nonetheless, it hurt. And it managed to knock her over, making her fall into the street as she rolled on the ground to put out the fire.
Soon enough, the fire was gone and she managed to stand up, her body covered in a few burn marks where she had been directly hit by the fire. As she stood up and glared at Ryuuzaki and the girl however, she could see that Ryuuzaki was looking away, as if embarrassed to see her. Aurora raised an eyebrow but soon realized something. Looking down, she saw that most of her skirt had burnt off and her top was completely incinerated, leaving her black bra and panties visible for the spiritually-endowed world to see.
"You perverts!" she yelled at the two, angry. She was really looking forward to devouring their souls now.

Rebel tried very hard to prevent herself from laughing, not at the girl but at Ryuuzaki. It was quite amusing really. She was glad that her attacks had hit and caused some damage even though they weren't that strong and didn't hit any vital spots, though one would have to describe damage. If you where skimpy clothes and somethig like that happens you could be in some deep trouble. She could see how this could prevent problems for Ryuuzaki, being the modest person he showed himself to be.
"Yeah sorry about that," Rebel scratched the back of her head. "But you're the one who didn't block the attack and besides we're not the ones who were wearing whatever you would call that thing to start out. So I really don't think we're the ones to be calling perverts." She lowered her head, casting a menacing shadow over most of her face. "I warned you. Fuirich air falbh on teine. Stay away from the fire, it's not my fault you aren't multi-lingual.
